50 WAYS TO BREAK A PS5 AND XBOX SERIES S is the 12th installment in the 50 WAYS TO BREAK series.

Merry Holidays! Hope you were able to get one of the tens of next-gen consoles produced...

Synopsis[]

King breaks the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition and Xbox Series S in 50 different ways.

Summary[]

The episode begins with Little Timmy coming out of his room after waking up and asking Siri for today’s date. Little Timmy rushed downstairs when he realized it was Christmas Day, and in the living room, Little Timmy’s mother wished him a Merry Christmas. Little Timmy opened his presents and saw the controllers, but he asked his mother about the consoles. Little Timmy’s mom apologizes to him that she couldn't get him the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S consoles because King got them before she did and tackled her at the store. Little Timmy begins to get upset by knocking down the Christmas Tree and goes outside with a baseball bat to find the thief. Little Timmy’s mother convinces him to enjoy their Christmas Day, then on New Year's, they can murder him, and blame it on the alcohol.

Ways to break:[]

  1. Basic Drop - King drops the consoles.
  2. Basic Drop on Water - King drops the consoles on water.
  3. Scalpers - King is at a parking lot to trade his money for a PlayStation 5 and an Xbox Series S. King warns the scalper that scalping is bad, but he was distracted counting his money, and he takes both consoles. Apparently, he forgot to put it on the roof of his car, so when he drives away, the consoles drop down, and the scalper gets a "slightly used" consoles.
  4. Frostbite - King is seen waiting in line outside at GameStop for the consoles while suffering from the frostbite. At GameStop, he collects the Xbox Series S and PlayStation 5, but because his fingers have frostbite, he drops the consoles, asks the cashier if it is too late to buy the warranty and he shakes his head.
  5. Big Fan - King is happy he got the next-gen gaming console. Before plugging his Xbox Series S into the TV, he wants to protect the consoles, so he safely places them on a table, however, a large ceiling fan drops from the ceiling and crashes onto the consoles.
  6. Space - The PlayStation fanboy comes home, happily excited he got the new-gen console, but he ran out of space on his TV shelf, so he pushes everything off the shelf and balances the PlayStation 5 onto a ledge. The Xbox fanboy comes home with an Xbox Series S, but he complains about his roommate’s PlayStation 5 taking up too much space, so he puts it on top of the PlayStation 5 vertically, causing both to fall off the TV shelf.
  7. Dominos - King topples the consoles like dominos and tells himself it would be more fun if he was rich.
  8. Discs - King wants to watch Malcolm in the Middle for DVD on his PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S, but he can't. He gets a hacksaw and saws a long hole to put his discs on, then he blows the dust off the consoles.
  9. Stand - The PlayStation fanboy sets up his PlayStation 5, then the Xbox fanboy asks him about the stand that came with it to make it more stable, but the PlayStation fanboy doesn’t want to use it, and the Xbox fanboy tips the PlayStation 5. The PlayStation fanboy gets angry while the Xbox fanboy explains that the PlayStation 5 needs a stand to make it more stable, unlike the Xbox Series S, it stands on its own, then he tips the Xbox Series S himself and sarcastically apologies to him. This goes on and on, while a PC user drinks his coffee.
  10. VR - King is playing a game on his VR, but it feels like the motivation for the VR isn't for him. On the VR, he is falling off a building. In real life, he falls on the floor and tips the table with both consoles.
  11. Sled - King opens his trunk but he forgets to bring his sled, so he uses an Xbox Series S to sled down a hill but fails, then he uses a PlayStation 5 to sled but it also fails. He removes the front cover of the PlayStation 5 and sleds down, resulting that he succeeded.
  12. Snow Shovel - King opens his trunk, but forgets to bring his snow shovel, so he uses the Xbox Series S as a shovel, but it fails, then he uses the PlayStation 5, but it fails again. He finds out that he can easily shovel snow by using the front cover of the PlayStation 5, resulting in the PlayStation 5 as a success.
  13. Controllers - The PlayStation fanboy lose at his game on his PlayStation 5 and throws his controller at the console, causing it to fall from the TV shelf. The Xbox fanboy gets excited it was his turn to play, so he turns on his Xbox Series S, but when he opens Microsoft Edge, and it doesn't have any Internet. He throws the controller at the console, causing it to fall from the TV shelf as well.
  14. Smoking - King is watching a video where the Xbox Series X is smoking, but he doesn’t believe in it and told himself that his consoles are good boys, however, when he goes to his front door, they are both seen smoking. King sprays water onto both consoles.
  15. Cigarettes - King convinces both since they both want to be so cool, he throws an entire box of cigarettes to the consoles, and lights it on fire. After that, he powers wash both consoles to teach them a lesson.
  16. Size Comparison - King compares the PlayStation 5 with an iPhone X, a cat, and an Xbox Series S, but he accidentally pushes over at the PlayStation 5.
  17. Plates - The PlayStation and Xbox fanboys were out of plates, so the PlayStation fanboy comes up with a solution - using the consoles as the plates. They eat together at the table, with sauce all over the console, and while eating, the PlayStation fanboy tells the Xbox Fanboy his plate is better than his.
  18. Dishwasher - The PlayStation fanboy places the dirty consoles into the dishwasher. A camera reveals that the dishwasher soaks up the consoles. Once they were finished, the consoles were slightly cleaned with grease all over them.
  19. Sweepstakes - King buys a drink from Taco Bell with a cup that contains a giveaway to win an Xbox Series X. He was hoping it would make his pre-throwing out his inferior consoles worth it, so he peeled off the sticker, but he didn’t win. He told himself that life’s unfair and spills his drink on a garbage bin with the consoles in it.
  20. 2020 - Two guys were sitting on the couch with their face masks on. The guy on the right takes off his mask and sneezes on the PlayStation 5, and then sneezes again on the Xbox Series S. The guy on the left gets upset, so he takes it outside to sanitize his hammer with isopropyl alcohol, and then he hits the consoles. He goes back inside to kill his friend before sanitizing his hammer again and cleans it off at the sink.
  21. Nintendo Switch - The Xbox and PlayStation fanboys were arguing about whose console is better. The Nintendo fanboy comes by, calling them brain-dead morons that they’re wrong. He told them the Nintendo Switch is the best console, then the two console fanboys looked at him and smashed the Nintendo Switch with the PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series. The Nintendo Fanboy begins to cry when he sees them smashing his Nintendo Switch.
  22. Cookies - King is baking cookies on top of the consoles, he puts them into the oven, then he throws the cookies away and puts the consoles in the sink.
  23. Handwash - King washes his PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series S in a sink filled with soapy water.
  24. Giveaway - A fan posted a comment about King wasting money and he should do a giveaway. King comes in to congratulate his fan for winning his giveaway. King dropped the consoles on the floor and the fan gets annoyed that they are "Disc-less versions", so he threw the consoles out of his bed.
  25. Clams - King tells the viewers that the PlayStation 5 looks like a clam, so he pours baby clam on the PlayStation 5, the Xbox Series S begins to cry, so he pours it on the Xbox Series S too. King informs the viewers what his ideas have become after the eleven 50 Ways to Break videos he made.
  26. Game & Watch - The Xbox and PlayStation fanboys were arguing again about whose console is better that came out in November of 2020. The Nintendo fanboy calls them f*cking brain-dead morons for being wrong, and he tells them that the Game & Watch is the best console that came out in November of 2020. They both looked at the Nintendo fanboy, then they smashed the Game & Watch system with the PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series S. The Nintendo Fanboy is crying and runs away after seeing his Game & Watch getting smashed.
  27. Snacks - King and his friend had a great gaming session; The consoles with a bag of spicy Doritos and a bottle of Mountain Dew all over.
  28. Laundry - King washes the consoles in the washer and then dries them in a dryer.
  29. Overheating - King reads an article and tells himself that the statement from the article is a lie, which he tells himself that his consoles are good boys, then he goes outside and realizes that the consoles are on fire.
  30. Rollaway - A neighbor calls King to inform him that his car is parked in the front yard and crashed into the mailbox and his dog, but King is concerned about this situation, so he checks his security camera. The video reveals that he puts the console next to the tires, and the car automatically crushes the consoles. King prompted the viewers to never buy wheel stoppers at GameStop.
  31. Doorstop - The two consoles were sitting next to the door, King opens it, but the door falls onto the consoles. King prompt viewers to never buy doorstops from GameStop.
  32. Revenge - The Nintendo Fanboy is annoyed that both of his consoles are destroyed, so he grabbed his bullies’ consoles and tried to destroy them, but one of the boys caught him and shot him.
  33. Blindness - King is outside with the consoles at the park, and a blind person hits the consoles with a golf club. King gets upset for his consoles getting abused and the blind man explains to him that he’s size and shape blind, but not color blind, then he sees another golf ball, but he hits another dog.
  34. Airline - Little Timmy’s mom sends luggage that holds his son’s Christmas gifts at the airport, but at the airplane, the luggage fell off.
  35. Crossplay - The Xbox and PlayStation fanboys are playing Hangman, but the Xbox fanboy lost, so he throws his Xbox Series S at the PlayStation 5.
  36. Bricked - King drops the bricks onto the consoles, realizing the Xbox Series S is crushed open and won’t turn on, so he calls the "reputable" gaming news site to tell his story. However, they don’t need any evidence for the article, which they already published it, and King hung up the phone call.
  37. Toilet - The blind man pours the toilet bowl cleaner onto the consoles while telling himself he’s size and shape blind, but not color blind.
  38. Slogans - "Power your dreams" - King is sleeping in his bed, snoring loudly, until he has a bad dream where his YouTube channel gets terminated for violations of the Terms of Service, so he woke up and throws his Xbox Series S. "Play has no limits" - King drives with the PlayStation 5 at the back of the car, speeding in a 10 MPH zone.
  39. Amazon - An Amazon Delivery throws the box holding the consoles, but once he sees them, he decides to steal them.
  40. Tree - King comes out of the door yawning, then he sees the consoles under the tree and thanks Santa, but it begins to rain, he told himself he should’ve gotten an indoor Christmas tree.
  41. Obsolete - King is playing with his PlayStation 5, a friend picks up the consoles and throws them into the garage. King gets upset, but his friend tells him he got something better that will make the consoles obsolete. King assumes he got an expensive gaming PC, but he gives him a Google Stadia. King kills him with a hammer, washes the blood off with isopropyl alcohol, and throws the Google Stadia box in the garage.
  42. "Comedy" - King is using his computer until he gets annoyed about the internet connection. He throws the PlayStation 5 to the floor thinking that it was the Wi-Fi router, but he realizes it was the PlayStation 5. In the next scene, he runs to the kitchen and puts the groceries in the Xbox Series S thinking it was the fridge, but he thinks that the joke doesn't make any sense (since the Xbox Series X is the one that looks like a fridge) and wasn't funny, then he gets annoyed, covers his ears because the crowd kept on laughing, and yelled at the audience after getting annoyed.
  43. Wii - King is playing Wii Sports on his Nintendo Wii. He hits the consoles with the Wii remote, and he lost a match on his game.
  44. Stud Finder - King tries to find a stud, drills the consoles, and he puts his YouTube Play Button, but the table tipped over.
  45. Table Flip – The two console fanboys are playing Monopoly, and the PlayStation fanboy won, but the Xbox fanboy gets mad and flips the table. Next, they played some video games, and the PlayStation fanboy won again, but the Xbox Fanboy threw the consoles and table out of the window.
  46. Emergency - A fire occurred at their house. King escapes the house, then his friend brings the consoles and explains how insane it went getting the consoles out of the house, but King tells him how dumb he is for getting the consoles when he’s not supposed to get anything from the house, so his friend throws the consoles back into the house and mentions that he left the dog behind. King runs back to the house to save his dog, and his friend called him a hypocrite afterward.
  47. Customization - King paints the consoles with red paint and black spray.
  48. Amidst Them - King opens the vent, as the consoles fall off, he catches the "Imposters!" and throws them out of the window. King realizes he was able to open the vent and turns himself in. In an alternative view, the viewer who is using his laptop gets annoyed by another Among Us joke and dislikes the video.
  49. Fifty - King hits both the consoles 25 times each.
  50. Christmas - King is about to conclude the video until Little Timmy jumps over the fence to confront him that he stole the presents he wanted for Christmas. King was talking trash to him, but then it cuts to Little Timmy hitting the consoles with a bat, realizing how fun it is, as it turns out into a Christmas miracle. King concludes the video before getting hit with a bat.

At the very end, King cleans up the mess and throws everything away.

    • 3. Borrowed a friend's Xbox to use for the scene.
    • Since both the PS5 DE and the Xbox Series S would've been broken from water damage, King already has a working PS5 that he used for footage of Astro's Playroom, but he didn't have a working Xbox to use footage off of.

  • 1. Basic Drop - this is not a way to break, as both consoles survived.
  • 16. Size Comparison – King shows his iPhone 10, but it is not an iPhone 10. Even though both the 10 and the 11 Pro are the same size.
  • 18. Dishwasher – The plates were washed improperly.
  • 24. Giveaway – When the YouTube fan gets annoyed by the consoles, he says “Disc only versions” when he is meant to say “Disc-less versions?”.
  • 30. Rollaway – King receives a FaceTime call, but when he answers the call, he wasn’t video chatting with the caller.
  • 33. Blindness – The blind man tells King he’s size and shaped blind, but somehow managed to leave the house to go to the park.
  • 34. Airline – Little Timmy’s mother proceeds to send the luggage at an airport, when she’s supposed to send it to a post office.
    • It is possible she was trying to send them to China or somewhere outside of the United States.
  • 36. Bricked – If the reputable doesn’t need any evidence, then that means King broke his consoles for nothing.
